The Near Extinction of Stress Papers

During High School, I was first introduced to deadlines, projects, assignments, deaths, religious shifts etcetera (also known as stress). In order to de-stressify my mind, I would scribble on a piece of paper. Anything and everything that passes through my mind goes into the paper.

The mercilessly blotted paper ends up marred with drawings, formulas, patterns, scientific names and other stuff. As a trademark, I incrementally number them and place a date. They have proven their efficacy as I could think clearer by releasing my stress through stress papers.

To me they are known as stress papers or simply SP. So my first SP is SP1, my second is SP2 and so on. My recent Stress paper is SP168.

However, SPs are slowly being replaced by blogging, music, the internet and other stuff. Is this the end of my SP's?

  2. I used to do this too. There were more scribbles on my notebooks than there were actual notes. But I don't think they are going extinct just yet. Nothing replaces that classics.

  3. i draw to release stress.

but sometimes after drawing, what i feel is exhaustion. drawing really absorbs energy and imagination. this is what sucks about it. >.<
